We had to do a double-take with this one. The case seems straightforward: “There are gaps that need closure”. It wasn’t that simple. When you see the patient’s lips and face, it becomes apparent that her teeth are all way too small for the amazing frame of her lips and facial structure. In analyzing all of her photos( not pictured), it became apparent that every tooth needed to be a little bigger. A so-called “120% scale” version of what the patient presented with. We used veneers to widen and lengthen her teeth and lift the bite to accommodate longer teeth that matched her facial forms.
