This one was a challenge. Overbite, gaps, small teeth, and a tooth midline completely off center to the midline of the face. Wrong tooth shape, wrong position, wrong angle; and to top it off, a rare autoimmune condition that causes endless gum swelling and redness. We had to get aggressive, changing everything about the teeth that showed in her smile. Bigger, fuller, straighter, and more evenly shaped. We then had to manage chronic inflammation and bleeding with specific hygiene and topical steroids. It all paid off and now our patient smiles on the outside the way she always felt on the inside.
