Fifteen years ago, this patient had veneers placed to address a common concern: her teeth felt too small. The solution back then? Make them bigger—much bigger. But the real issue wasn’t size alone—it was position. The teeth were misaligned, and simply enlarging them only emphasized the problem. In the “before” photo, you’ll notice oversized, uneven front teeth with no support from the sides of the smile. The back teeth were ignored, leading to a worsened overbite and a narrow arch. The sharp-edged veneers also contributed to long-term challenges with cleaning and overall aesthetics. We approached the case comprehensively—widening the smile, extending ceramic restorations to the sides, and designing a new set of smooth, proportionate veneers. The result?
